Launched in 2023, Q-Check is a digital coat-check platform created by former venue operators who wanted a faster, calmer way to move guests. We are based in New York with a distributed team of 40 specialists focused on speed, security and hospitality-first design.
How it started
Our story
We started Q-Check after running large winter pop-ups in canada and realizing the slowest part of the night was always coat-check. Paper tickets vanished, guests crowded the lobby and staff worked in crisis mode. We built the first QR-driven workflow so we could open doors on time and capture every tip.
What began as a weekend prototype is now the platform that powers arenas, theatres and nightlife groups on four continents. Our team blends hospitality veterans with product engineers so every release protects the guest experience while giving operators the data they need.
